Financial losses due to downtime is not high enough to invest in costly improvements for the operation & maintenance!

Can you imagine the amount of steel left behind if all monopiles are only cut off 3 meters under the ground surface...
Why not re-use the foundations and install a new turbine on the foundation!

With all the brilliant minds in the world, why is there not a simpel and cheap solution to cross over to the turbine structure!
